Joseph Isaac is an educator and planner; former president of AME University, former vice president for administration at Tubman University, and former executive director for campus operations at Baltimore City Community College. He has held numerous graduate and undergraduate faculty positions at Montgomery College, Baltimore City Community College, and Morgan State University. With more than 3 decades of corporate and higher education leadership experience, Joe’s role at AVC spans from providing vision support strategies to formulating initiatives for the organization’s mission critical priorities. Joe earned his graduate education from Morgan State University (doctor of higher education leadership and master of city and regional planning), and acquired undergraduate education from the University of the District of Columbia (bachelor’s and associate’s degrees).
