Joseph Isaac is vice president of the school of graduate and professional studies at Cuttington University, former president of AME University, former vice president for administration at Tubman University, and former executive director for campus operations at Baltimore City Community College. He has held numerous graduate and undergraduate faculty positions at Montgomery College, Baltimore City Community College, and Morgan State University. With more than 3 decades of corporate and higher education leadership experience, Joe’s role at AVC is to provide vision support strategies for the formulation of initiatives for the organization’s mission critical priorities. Joe earned his graduate education from Morgan State University (doctor of higher education leadership and master of city and regional planning), and acquired undergraduate education from the University of the District of Columbia (bachelor’s and associate’s degrees).
